FAQs

How do I reserve a spot?
We don’t take reservations.  Show up with your vehicle on the first day of storage and we will place you in one of our buildings, if space is available.

How quickly does space fill up?
Very quickly! We recommend arriving early on the first day, especially if you are trying to store a boat or trailer.

Will I have access to my vehicle while it is stored?
No – Access to stored units during storage period must be made by appointment and at CVE’s convenience.  No work is allowed on stored units.

What is the storage space like?
Indoor storage is space in CVE’s buildings, unheated, with concrete floors.  Outdoor space is entirely uncovered on flat grass.

What about insurance?
CVE will not be liable for damages or security of any kind. We suggest you make sure your vehicle is insured.

Will my vehicle fit in your buildings?
Our highest clearance is 11’10” – space for boats and RVS is extremely limited.

When do I pick up my vehicle?
You will be called during the month of April.  We ask that you remove your vehicle within 1 day of this phone call.  Vehicles are removed in reverse order from storage – first in is last out.  We cannot offer estimates about which day in April you will be required to remove your vehicle.  If availability is a concern, we recommend providing the phone number of a friend/neighbor/relative at the time of storage in November.
